As you are well-aware, in late 2019, Cartier started offering 8-years warranty on new timepieces registered on Cartier Care with the main purpose to create strong and meaningful relationships with Cartier watch owners through complimentary services within the warranty period. Cartier expanding the Cartier Care scope to include older quartz watches, that are not eligible for the warranty extension, but can still benefit from complimentary services such as FOC battery replacements and future invitations to other FOC services.

1. Client visits workshop for a battery replacement.
2. Artisan Swiss Watch invites client to register on Cartier Care. (In-store registration)
3. If only a battery is required upon assessment, this is offered FOC. If the initial assessment deemed a Complete Service to be necessary, this will be charged to client. If the Complete Service is refused by client and they insist on only a battery service without, this will also be charged to client.
